HR & Recruitment Assistant

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Recruitment assistant to  support the Head of Recruitment with a variety of tasks. This includes coordinating interviews with applicants, HR-collaboration partners and internal departments. The position is full time and based in our Headquarters in Bearing close to the BTS line. The position will be a part of a highly engaged HR team with good colleagues, supporting our production teams with great candidates and other HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist Head of Recruitment in daily tasks
  • Scheduling of interviews
  • Pre-screening checks and post-interview checks
  • Communicate with Recruitment partners
  • Prepare Recruitment campaigns on social media
  • Coordinate Recruitment and other HR efforts with internal departments
  • Participate in other ad hoc HR related tasks as desired

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources/Social Sciences/Communication or similar
  • Detail oriented and passionate about your work
  • Interest in working with both foreign and thai colleagues
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Good command of English
  • Experience with Office-package
  • Extrovert personality
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
